Leadership Development Training
This programme covers the specific skills, knowledge, attitude and behaviours necessary to ensure your employees demonstrate positive and effective leadership. The emphasis, is on an engaging, interactive coaching approach, using relevant challenges which your organisation and its’ people face today. Our process involves course attendees experiencing ‘live scenarios’, through the use of specialist actors and skilled facilitators. Relevant issues are addressed in a meaningful, supportive and learning-focused environment to inspire your people to demonstrate positive and effective leadership.
Our leadership training can be delivered on-site or at a third party location and is aimed at all levels of organisation, from senior managers through to first-line supervisors.

How to conduct a productive performance appraisal?
The focus of this course, whilst developing a high level of competency in conducting the annual performance appraisal, is heavily weighted on the continual need to have informal performance conversations, prior and throughout the year. A combination of practical exercises and scenarios, played out by our team of specialist actors, is used to ensure the attendee of the course will develop their team members to realise their objectives and potential, back in the work place. They will be able to assess and measure performance, in the annual appraisal, effectively and with integrity and ultimately manage the performance of their staff leading to more positive and effective working styles.
