What We Do
At DSI, we work with our clients by first meeting with key personnel to discuss the brief. In agreement, we will carry out a full DSI diagnostic assessment on the areas of concern or highlighted for change. This will allow us to evaluate the present situation and to formulate the bespoke training and testing programme.
Before training commences, we will once again meet with key personnel to present the diagnostic report, key findings and recommendations. We will recommend a way forward and agree next actions to implement training or coaching through one or several of our services:
The criteria is then met, through our team members achieving prior appreciation of the business environment, to completely understand what the attendees have to deal with day-to-day. At the time of training trust and rapport are therefore swiftly built, to allow the focus of the course to concentrate on new-found awareness and knowledge. A quick call to action develops and facilitates an instant sustainable behavioural change, which is measurable.
